How to book a stay at the Sunêlia Aluna Vacances?
By internet: choose your type of rental or camping pitch, complete the form and submit with your credit card. A deposit of 30% is required for rentals and camping pitches. .
You will receive a booking confirmation or refusal as soon as possible.
If you choose to pay by bank transfer, a confirmation email will be sent with our IBAN to proceed your payment.

When and how to pay the balance of my stay?
The balance of your stay must be paid 30 days before your arrival.
Internet: Have your reservation number and your credit card number by hand, and then press the payment tab of your balance on our website.
By phone: +33 (0)18.104.22.168.15, pay directly with your credit card by phone.
How much is the application fee?
The application fee is €35, it is applicable as from 4 nights and it’s free for Sunêlia card holders.
I already know the camping, can I choose my pitch?
When you book, you can specify your specific wishes, and according to availability we will assign you the pitch that suits you most.
What payment methods are accepted on the campsite?
Credit card is accepted in all the campsite facilities.
If you want to pay by cash you will have to, previously, charge a cashless support with your money. No cash will be accepted directly in our facilities
At what time can I arrive and settle in my rental?
In high season the arrivals are from 5 pm to 8 pm.
Off season, the arrival time may be different depending on availability.
At what time must I leave my rental?
In high season departures are from 8 am to 10 am maximum.
Can I bring my pet to Sunêlia Aluna Vacances?
Yes, pets are welcome on the campground and in the rentals (1st and 2nd category forbidden). A pet fee of €6 per animal will be applicable.
What is the climate in the Ardèche?
The campsite is located south of the department and enjoys a warm and dry Mediterranean climate in summer, and lots of sun in spring.
I come off season, will the pool area be open?
Yes, the pool area is open from April to September, from opening to closing of the campsite. Off season, the pool is covered and heated.
Am I allowed to swim with shorts in the pool?
No, bathing shorts are forbidden; only swimming briefs and boxers are allowed.
Can we do grilling?
Yes, electric planchas are rented at the reception of our campsite.
What are the equipments in my rental?
All rentals are equipped with refrigerator, microwave, sink, stove, dishes, kitchen utensils, pots, reversible air conditioning *, wooden terrace, garden furniture, parasol, sun loungers…
* except in the sunlodges
Should I bring my own sheets?
The sheets are not included in the rent, you have the option to rent sheets on site or at the time of booking. The accommodations do have pillows and duvets.
Can I park my car next to my rental?
Yes, each of our pitches has the necessary space to park a vehicle.
It may be that we arrive very late, what happens if the reception is closed?
In case of a late arrival you will find your keys at the entrance, with our security team. In this case we ask you to come to the front desk the next morning to report your arrival and to fill out the formalities of your stay.
Friends will join us for the night with a baby and we will be more than allowed in our rental, how can we handle that?
Our mobile homes are designed for a maximum number of people, including children and babies; each additional person will be refused in the rental.
My child is 4½ years old, can he go to kids club?
No, the mini club only accepts children of 5 years and older.
