How to book a stay at the Yelloh! Village Aluna Vacances ?

By internet: choose your type of rental or camping pitch, fill in the form and validate with your credit card. A 25% deposit is required for rentals and camping pitches.
You will receive a booking confirmation or refusal as soon as possible.
If you choose to pay by bank transfer, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you with our Iban number so that you can make your payment.

When and how do I pay the balance of my stay?

The balance of your stay must be paid 30 days before your arrival.

By Internet: provide your external file number and your credit card, then click on the balance payment tab on our website.

By telephone: 04.75.93.93.15, directly with your bank in remote payment.

By post: by sending us your cheques (up to 2 months before arrival – refused afterwards) or vacation vouchers (ANCV) to the following address:

I know the campsite, can I choose my pitch?

When you make your reservation, you can tell us what you’d like to see, and subject to availability, we’ll assign you the pitch best suited to your needs. A supplement will be charged for any choice of pitch.

What methods of payment are accepted at the campsite?

Bank cheques (only at the time of booking, up to 2 months before arrival – cheques will not be accepted after this date).
Credit cards are accepted for all our services.
Cash, vacation vouchers and luncheon vouchers are accepted only by crediting a cashless wristband at reception. They will be refused directly in the departments.

Please note that bank cheques are accepted before you arrive to pay for reservations, but will not be accepted on site in the departments.

What time can I arrive and settle into the rental?

In high season, arrivals are from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
In the off-season, arrival times may vary depending on availability, so please call us.

What time must my rental be vacated?

In high season, departures are from 8:00 am to a maximum of 10:00 am.

Can my pet come to the Yelloh! Village Aluna Vacances ?

Yes, pets are allowed on campsites and in rentals (1st and 2nd categories prohibited). A supplement will be charged.

What’s the weather like in the Ardèche?

The campsite is located in the south of the department and benefits from a Mediterranean climate that is hot and dry in summer, and sunny in spring.

I’m coming in low season. Will the aquatic area be open?

Yes, the water park is open from April to September, from campsite opening to closing. In low season, the pool is covered and heated.

Are my swimming shorts allowed in the aquatic area?

No, swimming shorts are forbidden, only briefs and boxer shorts are allowed.

Is it possible to grill?

Open-fire barbecues are strictly forbidden in the département. However, you can also use electric barbecues or planchas. Planchas can be hired from Reception.

What equipment is included in my rental?

All our rentals are equipped with fridge, microwave, sink, gas or hotplate, crockery, cooking utensils, pots and pans, reversible air conditioning*, wooden terrace, garden furniture, parasol, sun loungers…

Should I bring my own sheets?

Bed linen is not included with ** and *** accommodation, but you can rent sheets on site or when you book. All accommodations are equipped with pillows and comforters.

Will I be able to park my car next to my rental?

Yes, each of our pitches has enough space to park a vehicle.

We may arrive very late. If the reception is closed, what happens?

For late arrivals, you’ll find your keys at the campsite entrance, given to you by our night watchman. In this case, we ask you to come to reception the next morning to inform us of your arrival.

Some friends will be joining us for the night with a baby and we will be more than the capacity allowed in our rental, how does this work?

Our mobile homes are designed for a maximum number of people, including children and babies; any extra person will be refused entry.

My child is 4 and a half. Can he or she go to the kids’ club?

No, the mini club accepts children aged 5 and over.
